The design and manufacturing of Sportstand are robust and it is expected to last for years with proper care. We ask that you follow the simple maintenance instructions that come with your Sportstand to keep it working properly. We recognize two situations where we will offer full refunds on your Sportstand purchase.

1. Full refund guaranteed if you are not satisfied with Sportstand and return it in good condition within 14 days. Return shipping must be paid by the customer. A note indicating why you are returning it would be appeciated. We will promply process your refund.

2. Should your Sportstand be defective due to manufacturing, return the Sportstand within 90 days of purchase. Please note the source of defect and whether you desire a replacement or refund. We will respond accordingly.
